Architectural Draft man

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Drafter to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, plans, and layouts for various civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, water systems, and land development. This role demands proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, and the ability to interpret and apply technical information provided by engineers and architects. The Civil Drafter will work closely with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams to ensure all plans comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise detailed drawings and layouts based on engineer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and construction personnel to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and project revisions.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and cost estimates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new drafting technologies to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in civil drafting software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to producing high-quality work that meets project and regulatory standards.
