We are seeking experienced architectural professionals based exclusively in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to join our dynamic team. Candidates must be residents of these cities, as applications from outside this region will not be considered. This role involves preparing detailed architectural plans and collaborating closely with various project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Produce submission drawings in accordance with local development authority byelaws.
- Develop comprehensive working drawings, including plumbing, electrical, structural coordination, schedules, and finishing details.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior design teams to prevent conflicts and ensure seamless integration.
- Assist senior architects with project documentation and presentation materials.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure precision in all technical drawings.
- Manage printing and compilation of complete working sets for project use.
- Develop basic 3D models using SketchUp or Revit and assist in creating rendered views to support design visualization.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max.
- Residency in Islamabad or Rawalpindi is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of design and visualization tools is advantageous.
