Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:

- Assess project feasibility, risks, and returns to provide well-informed recommendations.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges within the real estate market.
Investment Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust investment plans.
- Contribute to the formulation of financial models for effective decision-making.
Client Interaction:
