Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

Achieve CASA and Total Deposit Targets for the area on a monthly basis.
Supervise daily monitoring routines of Branch Managers (BMs) and conduct random calls to branches.
Meet high net worth individuals and corporate customers to achieve Total Deposit Targets and deepen existing relationships at area branches.
Constantly manage and deepen customer relationships to enhance portfolio.
Identify target markets and introduce the bank to potential customers.
Achieve Account Opening Targets for the area.
Maintain follow-up records and meet with clients to nurture potential relationships.
Develop strategies to meet allocated targets for the area.
Follow up with staff in area branches to achieve individual assigned targets.
Meet all business KPIs as per the balanced scorecard.
Enhance customer service quality by continuously improving existing processes.
Ensure operational efficiency in branches by designing and implementing smooth workflows and improving QA Audit categories.
Implement and monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) for each transaction while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Promptly resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and a conducive banking environment in area branches.
Conduct monthly appraisals of area branch staff based on their potential and performance.
Perform any other assignments given by the Regional office/Branch Banking Division.
Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures while enhancing customer service quality.
Follow up on audit rectifications with branches and ensure timely closure of audit reports.
Coordinate with branches for State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) inspections and compliance.
Identify branches or booths that require merging, relocating, renovating, shifting, or opening within specified deadlines.
Recommend locations for new branches or booths.
Implement approved mergers, relocations, and renovations of branches as per Branch Banking strategy.
Ensure regular visits to area branches and maintain records of branch visits.
Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with BMs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 7 to 9 years of banking experience, with preference given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of September 29, 2026.
