Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of the area on a monthly basis.
Supervise and follow up on the daily monitoring routine of Branch Managers (BMs) with random calls to branches.
Meet high-net-worth individuals and corporate customers in the area to achieve Total Deposit Targets while ensuring continuous relationship deepening with existing customers.
Constantly tap into the target market and introduce the bank to potential customers.
Achieve Account Opening Targets for the area.
Maintain follow-up records with potential customers.
Develop strategies to achieve the allocated targets for the area.
Follow up with staff of area branches for the achievement of assigned targets.
Ensure the achievement of all business KPIs as per the balanced scorecard.
Enhance customer service quality by continuously improving existing processes.
Maintain efficiency in the area branches by designing and implementing smooth workflows and improving QA Audit categories.
Implement and monitor TAT of each transaction while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Promptly address customer complaints and inquiries.
Ensure that area branch premises are kept clean and provide a conducive banking environment.
Appraise area branch staff monthly in terms of their potential and performance.
Perform any other assignments given by the Regional Office/Branch Banking Division.
Ensure compliance in branches with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures while improving customer service quality.
Follow up on audit rectifications with branches.
Close branches' audit reports within the specified timeline.
Coordinate with branches for SBP inspection and compliance.
Identify branches or booths that require merging, relocating, renovating, or opening within the given deadline.
Recommend locations for new branches or booths.
Implement approved mergers, relocations, and renovations of branches as per Branch Banking strategy.
Ensure regular visits to area branches and maintain records of these visits.
Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with BMs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of September 29, 2026.
