Area Manager

Soft Swirl is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Area Manager to join our growing operations team in Lahore. This role requires overseeing multiple branches to ensure smooth daily operations while actively driving sales growth, transaction volume, average order value (AOV), and overall profitability. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing multi-unit operations, ideally within the QSR, restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of several Soft Swirl branches, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Drive sales performance, transaction numbers, average order value, and profitability across the designated area.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain food quality, uphold service standards, and ensure operational compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and their teams to improve performance and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance evaluations to maintain high operational standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans to address issues effectively.
- Manage manpower allocation, inventory control, waste reduction, and operational costs efficiently.
- Support the opening of new branches and contribute to ongoing operational initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in operations management within QSR, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Proven success in managing multiple outlets simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills paired with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales management, profit and loss (P&L) oversight, cost control, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Preference given to candidates based in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is an in-person role based in Lahore.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs75,000 to Rs120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
