Area Manager (Operations) - PostEx

Our client, PostEx, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Area Manager (Operations) to oversee and manage operational activities across multiple locations in Jaranwala. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, leading teams effectively, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role demands a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence while fostering strong communication and engagement within the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor branch performance regularly to ensure compliance with operational SOPs and company standards.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and productivity to optimize operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare detailed performance reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Coordinate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to align operational goals and strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, promote employee engagement, and ensure overall operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
- Effective communication and reporting skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, operational tracking tools, and reporting software.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and locations simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
