Area Sales Manager

Big West Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join its expanding pharmaceutical sales team as an Area Sales Manager (RSM). This role is ideal for individuals with 6 to 8 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience who are motivated by targets and eager to contribute to a growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations within their designated area, driving business growth, and leading a team to achieve set objectives. This position requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree (mandatory).
- 6-8 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong target orientation with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and industry dynamics.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, especially for senior roles.

Big West Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs180,000 to Rs200,000 per month.
