Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Edible Oil Industry
Location: Gujranwala, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the RoleOur Client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations, expand market coverage, and drive business growth in the edible oil industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage and expand the distribution network across the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market penetration.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance updates.
- Ensure effective product availability and execution of sales plans.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the edible oil industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in area sales management and distribution handling.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and sales channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive territory growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales-related expenses as per company policy.
- Medical hospitalization coverage for the employee, spouse, and children.

- Annual leave: 15 days.
