Area Sales Manager

An established FMCG company is seeking a seasoned Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple retail outlets and enhance regional sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading sales teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires hands-on management of store operations and a strategic approach to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supervise retail outlets to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage, mentor, and develop Store Managers and sales teams to maximize their potential and performance.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards across all managed locations.
- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed performance reports to inform decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in retail sales management, with a proven track record of managing multiple outlets.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales processes, inventory management, and familiarity with POS and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and sound decision-making capabilities.

Compensation: Rs42,000 to Rs170,000 per month
Work Environment: This is an in-person role requiring presence at the designated locations.
