We are seeking a committed Area Security Manager to lead and standardize security operations across multiple sites in Rahim Yar Khan. This long-term contract position focuses on protecting personnel, assets, and operations through effective leadership and strict adherence to company policies and legal regulations. The role requires managing incident responses, conducting risk assessments, and working closely with internal departments and external security vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing security in multi-site industrial or corporate settings and possess the ability to drive consistent security standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage security operations and guard forces across assigned sites to ensure a safe and secure environment. Enforce compliance with company security policies, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and all applicable legal requirements. Lead investigations and coordinate responses to incidents, including emergency preparedness and crisis management. Monitor security performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct regular audits, and perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats. Collaborate effectively with site management, Human Resources, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams, and external authorities to uphold security standards and resolve issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial or corporate security management, preferably overseeing multiple sites, with at least three years in a similar capacity. A background in the Armed Forces or Law Enforcement is highly preferred, providing a solid foundation in security protocols, discipline, and operational procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, including the ability to prepare detailed reports and present findings clearly to various stakeholders. Candidates must be willing and able to travel within the assigned area to supervise security operations effectively. The role requires working on-site in Rahim Yar Khan, so reliable commuting arrangements or willingness to relocate is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 24 months. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs250,000 to Rs300,000. An employer-provided relocation package is available for candidates willing to move to Rahim Yar Khan.
