Aria Royale is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy, particularly focusing on luxury lifestyle segments such as weddings, hospitality, and premium travel. The ideal candidate will manage a team of five and bring a hands-on approach to digital marketing, combining creativity and data-driven insights to enhance the brand image and generate quality leads. This role requires deep expertise in paid media management, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, alongside proficiency in SEO, influencer marketing, and AI-powered marketing tools. The Brand Manager will oversee cross-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent, elegant brand messaging that resonates with high-income audiences and niche customer segments such as engaged couples and overseas Pakistanis. This position demands a proactive and technologically savvy professional who understands the latest digital trends and marketing automation to optimize campaign performance and customer acquisition strategies. Collaboration is central to this role, working closely with creative teams including graphic designers, content creators, and video editors to develop premium content and highly effective marketing funnels. With a minimum of three years of relevant experience, the Brand Manager will be responsible for scaling paid media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving the overall commercial success of Aria Royale's marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to maintain a premium and consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and audience retargeting techniques.
Manage Google Search campaigns including keyword research, technical and on-page SEO, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console to improve search visibility and campaign effectiveness.
Create and execute social media growth strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest to enhance brand engagement and reach.
Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with relevant influencers, wedding creators, and luxury lifestyle personalities both locally and internationally.
Develop targeted customer acquisition strategies to reach high-income families, engaged couples, overseas Pakistanis, and consumers interested in luxury destination weddings.
Leverage modern AI-powered marketing tools for content planning, audience research, creative development, marketing automation, and campaign optimization.
Build and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, WhatsApp campaigns, automated follow-ups, and CRM workflows to convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as budgets, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Coordinate creative efforts by collaborating with graphic designers, video editors, website developers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five marketing professionals to achieve campaign goals and support overall brand growth.
Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to innovate marketing strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
