Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have sales experience, preferably in a software house or IT industry, and should be confident in handling customers through calls and online demos.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact leads through phone calls and follow up with potential customers.
Conduct software/product demos for interested leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain the software accordingly.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, demos, and sales.
Build good relationships with customers and ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements:
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a software house or IT company.
Experience in lead conversion through calls and product demos will be preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
Good command of English communication.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
