Finance Officer

Working within a team in a role that is varied and demanding. There will be dealings with all levels of staff so excellent communication skills are essential. Detail oriented, knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting practices, understanding financial software & database system.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

Analyzing and Finalizing the annual statuatory audited accounts in an effective manner
Producing acurate monthly & annual financial statements within the specified deadlines
Understanding of double entry book keeping and the ability to record financial transactions or take corrective accounting measures for book keeping errors
knowledge of Accounting Principles regarding General Trading
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and proficient in the English language
A dynamic person with good Communication Skills
Assisting on ad hoc finance/accounts projects and duties
Be able to reconcile the company's bank accounts, resolve any statement queries, post items in ledgers on a daily basis and in a timely manner
Assist with the record and payment of invoices to suppliers
Assist Manager Finance with Supervisory duties when required
Good knowledge about GAAP
