Job Duties:

  • Assisting in handling recruitment processes. Job posting through job portals and social media.
  • Short listing of job applicants and interview scheduling.
  • Assisting in exit process.
  • Data entry and maintaining of all necessary employee records/files.
  • Issuance of necessary letters (joining, offer, confirmation etc.)
  • Handling employee’s queries on daily basis.
  • Executing any other required operations.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications. ( Excel & Word )
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken) with professional outlook.
