This part-time student position supports multiple art studios by assisting with general maintenance and organization under the guidance of Studio Professors. The role involves a variety of weekly tasks such as light cleaning, mixing non-hazardous chemicals, repairing tools, and helping prepare materials for classroom demonstrations. The position offers valuable hands-on experience in an academic art environment and contributes to the smooth operation of studio facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general studio maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with mixing non-hazardous chemicals used in studio processes.
- Repair and maintain studio tools and equipment as needed.
- Support Studio Professors by preparing and organizing materials for classroom demonstrations.
- Adapt to varying weekly duties as assigned within the art studios.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a currently enrolled student at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU).
- Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship (this position does not offer sponsorship).

Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of one or more of the following art courses: ART 210, ART 230, ART 240, ART 270, or ART 290.
