Art Teacher

The Art Teacher will play a vital role in nurturing students' creativity and artistic skills by teaching various forms of art. This position involves guiding students through drawing, painting, sketching, crafts, and other art techniques while fostering an environment that encourages imagination and self-expression. The teacher will also be responsible for planning lessons, assessing student progress, and organizing art-related events to enhance the overall learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging art lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach diverse art techniques including drawing, painting, sketching, and crafts.
- Encourage students to express their creativity and personal ideas through art.
- Prepare classroom activities, projects, and assignments that stimulate artistic growth.
- Assess students’ artwork and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Maintain a positive, creative, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and school events to showcase student talent.
- Manage and maintain art materials and classroom supplies efficiently.
- Support individual students in developing their unique artistic abilities.
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, artwork, and academic progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Strong artistic and creative skills with a passion for teaching.
- Good communication skills and effective classroom management abilities.
- Ability to work with students across different age groups.
- A patient, responsible, and creative approach to teaching.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
- Work location requires in-person attendance, providing direct interaction with students and the school community.
