Arthur Lawrence (US-based IT and Management Consulting Company) is hiring experienced customer support specialists for the US recruitment domain.
Who should apply?
- Customer Service/Support Representative experienced in dealing with American/International clientele
- A people’s person, comfortable in communicating in person, over the phone and emails
- Willing to work in US timings (i.e. from 6pm to 3 am PKT)
- Looking for a growth-oriented, long term career
Must haves;
- Worked in US or Canadian campaigns/voice campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Worked in nigh shifts or evening shifts
Experience: 2 to 3 years in US or Canadian campaigns
Timings: 6:00 pm - 3:00 am (PKT) from Monday to Friday (free pick and drop will be provided), Saturday and Sunday are off
Training: Complete training will be provided about US recruitment
Remuneration:
Base Salary PKR 50,000 to 60,000 + uncapped commissions + free pick and drop facility + complimentary dinner + medical insurance + life insurance + EOBI + OPD + gym reimbursements + paid leaves + annual appraisal
