Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven educational tools that provide personalized learning experiences at scale.
- Leverage Large Language Models as domain specialists to build sophisticated knowledge frameworks and intelligent learning companions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that enhance student engagement and educational outcomes.
- Lead projects that push the boundaries of AI application in education, ensuring content is meaningful and tailored to learners’ needs.
- Continuously improve AI models and systems based on feedback and evolving educational research.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in AI engineering, particularly with Large Language Models or similar advanced AI technologies.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks used for AI development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI systems with real-world impact.
- Passion for education and a clear understanding of the challenges faced by learners and educators.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with a global team.

- This is a full-time, long-term position requiring 40 hours per week, with immediate availability.
- The role operates under an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as the Contractor of Record.
- Compensation is competitive at $100 USD per hour, equating to approximately $200,000 USD annually based on 40 hours per week and 50 working weeks per year. Payments are made weekly.
