Responsibilities:1) Give best possible representation of the Artisan Showroom while ensuring excellent customer service to customers.2) Perform day-to-day sales of the retail outlet to achieve sales goals.3) Build and regularly update customer data.4) Engage customers through regular contact.5) Perform regular stock checks and keep inventory books up to date.6) Provide maximum support in audits to ensure successful and speedy completion of audit.7) Maintain all electrical equipment in good working conditions and report concerned authority at head office immediately if any equipment goes out of order.8) Ensure accurate entry of stock and sales in registers.9) Keep physical cash tally with cash ledger.10) Prepare accurate fortnightly report and obtain clearance on it from accounts department (audit department).11) Submit all expense vouchers with fortnightly closing.12) Ensure supreme cleanliness at retail outlet while following guidelines given in retail operations manual.13) Do shelving and visual merchandizing at retail outlets as per company set standards.14) Take special care of self-grooming.15) Maintain good working relations with colleagues.16) Any other task assigned by the management regarding Retail Outlets.
