  • Oracle Forms Customization: Customize Oracle standard forms using personalization to incorporate required business logics and data validations.
  • Research and Development: Engage in R&D activities to explore new and existing technologies, optimizing solutions and saving time.
  • Architecture Evaluation: Assess all architecture for Oracle applications, maintain database objects, and prepare logical models.
  • Documentation Management: Organize system documentation and development request forms for efficient project management.
  • User Training: Describe data flow to users as necessary and provide training on newly developed modules, including data entry procedures.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate team members, ensuring schedules and objectives are met.
