Responsibilities

  •  Ensure alignment with the company's ESG strategy and values, integrating sustainability principles into business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Execute sustainability plans, activities, projects, and tasks, and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments to identify current practices, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and deliver sustainability-related training programs to employees, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to promote awareness and understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
  • Track progress towards sustainability goals, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the company's sustainability performance.
  • Promote behavior change initiatives among employees and stakeholders to encourage sustainable practices and values.
  • Stay informed about sustainability targets set by the company, its clients, and relevant regulations, and ensure compliance with sustainability laws and regulations.
  •  Explore the latest technologies, resources, and partnerships available locally and globally to enhance sustainability efforts and create mutually beneficial collaborations.

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or a relevant field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage sustainability initiatives efficiently.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to sustainability.
  • Proficiency in sustainability data collection, analysis, and reporting.
