We are seeking a Junior Accountant with at least 1 year of experience to manage our daily bookkeeping and accounts. The selected candidate will be responsible for recording daily sales/purchases, tracking inventory logs, and reconciling customer and vendor ledgers. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software is required.
Responsibilities

Maintain daily records of all cash, bank, sales, and purchase transactions.

Reconcile customer receivables and vendor payables regularly.

Monitor and update physical stock/inventory logs against software records.

Assist in payroll processing and recording daily factory/firm expenses.

Prepare basic weekly cash flow and monthly profit/loss reports for management.
