Responsibilities
- Manage the institutes day-to-day financial operations and maintain accounting systems accurately.
- Prepare, monitor, and adjust budgets and financial plans according to organizational goals and market conditions.
- Maintain precise and timely financial records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure full compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to present a clear financial picture.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, maintaining thorough financial documentation and data integrity.
- Manage payroll processing, vendor payments, and banking transactions to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis including variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Advise management on financial strategies, risks, and opportunities to facilitate sound business decisions.
- Ensure transparency and accountability through stringent financial controls and ethical management practices.
