The purpose of this position is to receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an energetic and self motivated individual who will go out of their way to delight the customer. The immediate key roles will involve answering telephone calls, provide necessary information according to dashboard. We’d really like career orientated people with long term drive, who will thrive in our atmosphere and progress up the organization, taking on more responsibilities.
