The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in an international software house for at least 2 years, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, helping them integrate into the team and company culture.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and feedback to managers and employees. Support employee growth and development through goal setting and career planning.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair packages for employees. Stay up to date with industry standards and adjust offerings as needed.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and company policies. Update and maintain HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • HR Reporting and Analysis: Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights into workforce trends and areas for improvement.
  • Culture and Engagement: Champion Ascend Logics' company values and work to maintain a strong, inclusive company culture. Organize team-building activities and initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an international software house.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
