Project Assistant, Professional Services – Contractual position, full time, reporting to Head of Professional Services (HPS)
Ascertia is a global leader in PKI and high-trust electronic signature solutions. The company designs and develops software products in-house and sells these to a global audience, mainly through a network of local reseller partners. Ascertia also delivers the large national level projects through its Professional Services team. Ascertia has experienced solid revenue growth and is hiring new team members.
The “Project Assistant” will be responsible to coordinate and assist Project Managers/directors and to deal with various project related administrative activities. He/she should be responsible, seeking new challenges, take initiatives, think out of the box, self-driven/pro-active, self-motivated and be a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering project requirements
- Tracking project progress
- Preparing Project Reports
- Coordinating with Managers to achieve deadlines/goals
- Attending meetings with client and preparing minutes of meetings
- Organizing project deliverable
Job Specifications:
- The role requires excellent self-discipline and timekeeping to manage concurrent tasks
- Good written English and communication skills
- Travelling within Pakistan and abroad to work on customer sites
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Should be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks
- Able to represent the project manager in case of his absence
- Qualification in IT is preferred but not mandatory
