Responsible for overseeing industrial relations, employee engagement, security, and administrative functions. Develop and implement strategies for positive labor relations, ensure legal compliance, and manage administrative processes for a smooth workplace.

Industrial Relations:

Third party labour contractor management.
Develop and implement strategies for positive relationships.
Address workplace disputes, ensuring legal compliance.
Collaborate with unions for agreements and issue resolution.

Administration:

Oversee day-to-day functions and manage staff.
Develop and maintain policies, ensuring compliance.
Ensure a safe workplace and manage facilities.

Compliance and Legal:

Stay informed on labor laws for organizational compliance.
Work with legal counsel on employment issues.
Manage investigations into workplace violations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, LLB, or a related field.
Proven experience in industrial relations, employee engagement, and administration.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining processes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Experience:

Minimum of 16 years + of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on industrial relations and administration, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
