Industrial Relations:

  • Third party labour contractor management.
  • Develop and implement strategies for positive relationships.
  • Address workplace disputes, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with unions for agreements and issue resolution.


  • Oversee day-to-day functions and manage staff.
  • Develop and maintain policies, ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure a safe workplace and manage facilities.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Stay informed on labor laws for organizational compliance.
  • Work with legal counsel on employment issues.
  • Manage investigations into workplace violations.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, LLB, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial relations, employee engagement, and administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining processes.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


Minimum of 16 years + of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on industrial relations and administration, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
