Asia General Hospital Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist with at least one year of relevant experience to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver effective physical therapy treatments. This role involves designing individualized rehabilitation plans focused on improving patients' mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing their overall physical well-being. The Physiotherapist will apply advanced manual therapy and joint mobilization techniques, prescribe appropriate exercises, and closely monitor patient progress to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
In this position, clear communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential to foster a supportive environment for patients throughout their recovery journey. The Physiotherapist will maintain detailed records of evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary functions.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
- Perform manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and stretching to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
- Prescribe and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance.
- Monitor patient progress continuously and adjust treatment plans based on response and recovery status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and strategies for managing symptoms at home.
- Ensure compliance with clinical safety standards, ethical guidelines, and hospital policies during all treatment processes.
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy to apply evidence-based practices.
