Main Core Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage all functions related to Dispensing / raw material store.
  • To dispense API / Raw materials as stated on BMR ensuring that the dispensed item are labeled with the correct name, quantity, strength, additional information if any.
  • Maintaining full and accurate records of all dispensing transactions 
  • Provide a second-check on all items dispensed / issued.
  • Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming shipments.
  • Applying appropriate status Labels on goods. Moving and organizing the stock & ensuring that items stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Assist warehouse In-Charge in maintaining inventory and records.
  • Ensure the compliance of cGMP / Drug Regulations & Company Policies (e.g. FIFO)
  • method / relevant SOPs etc.
  • Ensure that all equipment are clean / calibrated & in a good state of repair.
  • Ensuring to meet all safety and storage regularities for housing of the goods and supplies.
