Asian Packages, a well-established paper tube factory undergoing expansion, seeks a competent Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a team of 10 persons. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate factory activities effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring timely processing of orders, managing labor efficiently, handling customer complaints, and supervising all factory-related tasks. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for managing basic banking transactions related to the business. The successful candidate must have at least three years of relevant experience and demonstrate an ability to maintain smooth business operations within a manufacturing environment. Applicants should hold an intermediate level of formal education, be capable of handling labor force challenges empathetically and professionally, and show strong organizational skills. Candidates possessing a motorcycle for commuting purposes will have an added advantage, reflecting the mobility requirement of this position in supporting overall factory operations.
