We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a willingness to learn. You will be responsible for interacting with potential clients in the UK and US markets, answering inquiries, and converting leads into customers. Freshers are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers
Promote products and services confidently and persuasively
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per the nature of the role)
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Willingness to work night shifts (for US time zone) or early morning (for UK time zone)
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred but Not Required:
Prior experience in sales or customer service
Familiarity with CRM tools
