You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will actively engage with customers, answer queries, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions. Your role will also involve maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable products.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves.
- Monitor and replenish merchandise to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and ongoing promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
Working Conditions:
