Responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sustainable growth and achieve ambitious sales targets across Pan Pakistan. Lead, motivate, and empower a high-performing team to maximize sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of consumer products business. Build and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers RGMs and RSMs to ensure the mobilization of consumer business.

Job Details:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve Pan Pakistan sales targets assigned by Management and maximize the sales portfolio in the regions.
  • Manage a high-performing team of RSMs, ASMs, and BDOs in preparation and implementation of business development plans to expand market share and explore new sales opportunities and acquire new customers.
  • Responsible for executing corporate deals to secure profitable partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor’s activity and regulatory changes and give inputs for policy review and product development activities to enhance ENR.
  • Supervise the performance of processing unit and ensure timely and efficient processing of loan applications within TAT.
  •  Work closely with all stake holders and provide feedback for improvement in process & systems.
  • Ensure that the service quality standards of the Bank are met & services provided to customers are adhere with prescribed standards.
  • Responsible for the hiring of RSMs, ASMs and BDOs. Assign clear and achievable sales goals to regional teams and track performance against targets. 
  • Undertake periodic meetings with RSMs & ASMs to review sales performance and ensure that sales either meet or exceed beyond targets.  
  • Prepare training plan for enhancing sales volume by intense training of sales
  • staff by supervising on-job training, training seminars and meetings.
  • Responsible for vigilance of loan cases & monitoring the conduct and activities of Consumer Sales Staff.
