The individual must possess strong communication and administrative skills.
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for overall Lease management at regional level. It will entail activities like, site identification, rent negotiations, rental analysis, renovation cost estimation.
The post will be responsible for entire GSD functions, required at regional level.
The post is responsible to keep close coordination with branches / back office and HO as pre requirement.
The Incumbent will be responsible to undertake renovation projects with end to scope, cost estimates, layout thru the engineering/architect team.
The post is responsible for keeping effective follow for procurement items delivery, installation and commissioning, as per advice of HO Procurement.
The incumbent will be responsible for regular Branch / Office visit for upkeep, safety, in line with bank culture and corporate standards.
The incumbent will be responsible to initiate disposal of assets cases inline with the bank’s policy.
The individual must possess vendor management knowledge / techniques as well as financial & critical analysis of the cases / products.
The incumbent will be responsible for general tasks, like team building, staff management, protocol, bill verification, etc.
