Askari Family Takaful is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily branch activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a focused individual with at least two years of relevant experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead a small team effectively.
In this position, the Assistant Branch Manager will work closely with the branch manager and oversee a team of one person. This includes motivating staff, monitoring performance, and facilitating smooth workflow to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in sales management, customer relationship management, and financial analysis, contributing to the branchs overall success and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and supervise a team of one person, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support sales initiatives by monitoring targets, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess branch performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools to track client interactions and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the branch.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on branch activities, sales performance, and team productivity for senior management review.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members when required.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
