Assistant Branch Manager

Askari Family Takaful seeks a dedicated Assistant Branch Manager with at least one year of experience to support branch operations and sales activities. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of three staff members to achieve branch objectives and maintain operational efficiency.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and meet sales targets.
Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate business planning.
Identify, assess, and manage potential risks within branch operations to safeguard company interests.
Coordinate with the branch manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their needs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members to improve skills and performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and risk factors to senior management.
