Assistant Branch Manager

Askari Family Takaful is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in customer relationship management, sales, and financial reporting. With at least one year of experience, the Assistant Branch Manager will contribute to maintaining operational excellence and support the branch manager in achieving overall business goals.

In this role, you will oversee a team of two individuals, facilitating collaboration and ensuring they operate efficiently towards meeting sales targets and maintaining high service standards. You will also manage the sales pipeline with the aid of Salesforce tools, monitor financial performance, and implement processes to mitigate risks. Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in overseeing branch operations and ensuring smooth daily workflow.
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of two staff members, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, resolve issues, and build long-term partnerships.
Monitor and analyze financial reports to track branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet branch targets and expand the customer base.
Utilize Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and optimize sales processes.
Implement risk management protocols to minimize financial and operational risks within the branch.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing guidance to improve team capabilities.
Collaborate across departments to support marketing initiatives and product promotions.
Prepare regular reports on branch activities, sales, and customer feedback for senior management review.
