Branch Manager

Askari Family Takaful is seeking a dedicated and motivated Branch Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience to lead and oversee the operations of one of its branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 2 persons and ensuring the branch meets its sales targets and operational goals. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide the team effectively and manage day-to-day branch activities while delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth. The Branch Manager will play a crucial role in sales management, team development, and operational management. By leveraging expertise in sales forecasting and pipeline management, the manager will develop strategies to enhance branch performance and expand Askari Family Takaful's market presence. This position requires a hands-on approach to problem solving and decision making to maintain smooth operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and foster a productive work environment.
Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 2 employees to achieve branch objectives and maintain high performance standards.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed branch sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor and analyze sales forecasting data to identify opportunities and potential challenges in the sales pipeline.
Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Identify training and development needs for team members and ensure continuous professional growth and skill enhancement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales metrics, and team progress to share with senior management.
Resolve customer queries and handle escalations promptly to maintain positive customer relations.
Collaborate with other departments to align the branchs operations with overall company objectives and initiatives.
Oversee financial transactions and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping within the branch.
