Responsibilities

- Contribute to the performance management process by helping to monitor and evaluate employee performance against established KPIs.
- Collaborate in setting, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators to support organizational goals.
- Help organize and coordinate HR initiatives and meetings, including training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to support HR decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Assist in documentation, filing, and maintaining records related to hr policies and employee activities.
- Support the recruitment process through screening applications and coordinating schedules for interviews.
- Engage with team members to understand HR challenges and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Observe and learn compliance requirements related to labor laws and company policies.
