Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process by helping to source, screen, and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
Assist in employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and workflows.
Contribute to monitoring and evaluating employee performance to support ongoing performance management programs.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of HR initiatives.
Help organize training sessions and internal events aimed at employee development and engagement.
Maintain accurate records of HR activities and support documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with other departments to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
Manage a small team of two persons, providing guidance, delegation of tasks, and motivation to achieve targets.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for HR and management improvements and contribute innovative ideas.
