Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates to support recruitment efforts.
Participate in the onboarding process by helping with orientation sessions and new hire documentation.
Maintain accurate records within the Human Resources Information Systems to ensure employee data integrity.
Support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment and address employee inquiries.
Utilize Candidate Relationship Management software to manage candidate interactions and update recruitment pipelines.
Collaborate with and support a team of two HR professionals to coordinate daily HR activities and projects.
Facilitate communication between management and employees to aid in smooth operational workflows.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures under supervision.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement programs to support talent development.
Support administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and compliance as necessary.
