Internship in HR & Management

Askari Family Takaful is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join its Human Resources and Management team. This internship offers a practical experience in the field of talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and recruitment coordination, providing a strong foundation for a career in HR. The intern will work closely with a team of three professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to the key processes involved in human resource management and supporting the team in achieving its objectives. The role involves active participation in the recruitment cycle, utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information efficiently. The intern will assist in organizing recruitment activities and contribute to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain insight into HR practices within a dynamic financial services company.
Responsibilities

Support the talent acquisition process by assisting in job posting and candidate sourcing.
Coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Manage and update information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
Assist in employee onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
Collaborate with HR team members to streamline recruitment workflows and improve efficiency.
Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance recruitment and onboarding strategies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate information at all times.
Provide general administrative support to the HR and Management team as needed.
