Management Trainee Officer

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of four to ensure smooth operational flow and achieve departmental goals.
Develop leadership skills by participating in training programs and applying learned concepts to daily tasks.
Analyze business processes and contribute to strategic planning initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage customer relationships to maintain high service standards and resolve inquiries effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and streamline business activities.
Support talent management activities including performance monitoring, coaching, and development planning for team members.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational improvements for senior management review.
Assist in identifying opportunities for business growth and contribute ideas for new initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Takaful industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
