Management Trainee Officer

This position requires a confident, energetic, and professional individual fluent in Urdu, with an added advantage for those possessing regional language skills. The Management Trainee Officer will engage in requirement gathering and pipeline management utilizing tools such as Salesforce to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. The role demands a proactive approach towards building a professional client portfolio while continually fostering leadership capabilities through structured development programs. Selected candidates will undergo intensive training designed by Askari Family Takaful, aiming to prepare them for future leadership positions within the company and equip them with a robust understanding of the takaful insurance sector.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement business analysis techniques to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Participate actively in project management cycles, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and milestones are met within time and budget constraints.
Engage in leadership development programs to enhance managerial skills and prepare for future supervisory responsibilities.
Collaborate with the strategic planning team to contribute insights and assist in the formulation of business strategies aligned with market trends and company goals.
Manage customer relationships by maintaining regular communication and addressing client needs through effective requirement gathering.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales pipelines, customer data, and project progress to streamline business processes.
Lead and mentor a team of five members, fostering a motivated and productive work environment.
Build and manage a portfolio of professional clients independently while sustaining collaborative efforts within the team.
Attend training sessions regularly to update knowledge on sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer service best practices.
Monitor and report on sales and marketing activities, identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and revenue generation.
Support senior management in preparing reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making processes.
Comply with company policies and industry regulations while delivering excellent service to customers.
