What we are looking for:
- A Qualified Medical Professional (MBBS/MD) holding a valid PMDC License.
- Minimum 2-3 Years of Clinical Experience in a reputable medical setting (Experience in Insurance/Corporate sector will be a plus).
- Experience as a Medical Claims Processor will be an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office typically MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
What We want you to Contribute:
As a member of our Health Team, you will support us in the Evaluation and Processing of Medical Claims including:
- Apply your knowledge of clinical guidelines and the ability of sound judgement to detect medical necessity, malpractices, financial abuse and insurance frauds when assessing the claim.
- Marking & Verification of Health Insurance Claims by Identifying Billing errors, time barred submissions, fake bills and objectionable claims.
- Communicating with our Clients or Healthcare providers ensuring medical documents necessary in the assessing of Claims.
- Panel hospital pre-authorization approvals.
- Physical claim verification and/or case review visits
- Client meetings and Panel hospital visits.
- Compliance with the underwritten scope of benefits along with the terms & conditions of health policy and client specific SLA’s.
- Provide valuable input to improvise and improve on our existing SOPs on Claim adjudication.
- Maintenance of Client confidentiality at all levels.
