The Office Boy is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. This includes maintaining cleanliness, running errands, serving refreshments, and providing general assistance to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including the pantry, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and properly arranged.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
Deliver and collect documents, mail, and packages within and outside the office.
Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Monitor and report on maintenance issues (lighting, plumbing, etc.).
Greet and assist visitors courteously and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of office procedures and equipment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site role.
May involve standing or walking for extended periods.
May require lifting light materials or supplies occasionally.
