b) Updating internal software/systems to ensure all claims processes are up to date and
c) Reviewing internal systems to ensure the team is organized and nothing is "slipping through the cracks."
Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with the company CEO
- Rapidly learn about the United States healthcare and health insurance market
- Communicate, via phone and email, with health insurance companies, doctor offices, patients, and hospitals
- Track the progress of tasks constantly and bring it to management's attention when a "ticket" / task has gotten behind schedule
