We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst and Application Developer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, project management methodologies, and hands-on experience with Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions. This role requires effective communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for users. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting systems to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance, while providing timely and detailed completion of assignments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide systems analysis and application development support using Microsoft technologies.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of databases and project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Deploy and administer Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions effectively.
- Manage backup processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users, facilitating understanding and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of all assignments with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Maintain and support IT systems to guarantee smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for private cloud operations and critical operating system issues, including patch management.
- Conduct hypervisor maintenance and offer Level 1 and Level 2 support for virtualization platforms such as VMware, Huawei, and Sangfor.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in systems analysis and application development with Microsoft technologies.
- Strong knowledge of database management and project management methodologies or software like Microsoft Project.
- Hands-on experience with Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solution deployment and administration.
- Experience in backup management and data protection strategies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for private cloud environments and critical OS issues.
- Familiarity with hypervisor maintenance and support for platforms including VMware, Huawei, and Sangfor.
