Assistan Manager Sales (C&I)

SiSUN Electric, a leading renewable energy company in Pakistan, specializes in solar installations, EV charging infrastructure, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and energy trading solutions. With offices in Islamabad and Lahore, the company is rapidly expanding and aims to help businesses reduce energy costs, ensure reliable power, and transition to cleaner energy sources. We are seeking an Assistant Manager Sales (Commercial & Industrial) to spearhead our BESS sales efforts targeting commercial and industrial clients such as factories, hotels, hospitals, malls, and large facilities. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, while collaborating closely with technical and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new commercial and industrial clients for BESS solutions, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess load profiles, power challenges, and energy costs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to scope tailored solutions and prepare technical-commercial proposals, including financial feasibility analyses such as payback periods, ROI, tariff savings, and genset replacement.
- Clearly present the value proposition of BESS to decision-makers including owners, CFOs, and facility or operations managers.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, managing deals through to successful handover.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales forecasts in the CRM system and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, tariff and policy changes, and evolving customer needs, sharing insights with the team.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, BESS, or other B2B technical sales environments.
- Working knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Understanding of commercial and industrial electricity tariffs, net metering, and the Pakistani energy sector.
- Ability to interpret basic load data and electricity bills, and explain financial returns effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Urdu.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Existing network within industrial, hospitality, or commercial sectors is advantageous.
- Experience with solar EPC or energy storage proposal development.
- Familiarity with tender or proposal-based selling processes.
